FREE PASS FOR SPEAKERS - NEW ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Speaking engagements eligible for a free speaker pass must include substantial pre-work and preparation. Participation solely in panel discussions or answering questions does not qualify for a free pass. Specific requirements are:
- Must be a confirmed speaker from a GS1 Member Organisation*
- Speaker must present for more than 10 minutes
- Speaker must work on the presentation and share the work (slides or speech prepared) with the session leader before the event
- If the pass is granted, it will apply for the week of Global Forum
*Solution Provider speakers:
- Must comply with the same policies as MO speakers, listed above; however, the free pass is only for one day of attendance on the day of the speaking engagement. If a demo presentation requires setup on the previous day, a two-day pass will be granted.
- Sponsors are not eligible for additional free passes as allotments are defined in the sponsor agreement.
NEW! GS1 MO registration reports available:
Attention MOs – to avoid registration fee surprises after the event, we are offering registration reports as of six weeks prior to Global Forum. GS1 MO CEOs may request a report of their MO staff registrations including: in-person registrants, speakers with a free pass and virtual registrants. Reports are released every Tuesday. To request a report, email Maria Ingenito.
